1. Fast Exchange: (Available for same style shoe within 1/2 a size difference)
• We send you a fast exchange invoice and ship the right size new shoes out to you.
• No need for you to ship back the original shoes.
• Process cost $19.99 for shoes and $24.99 for boots (you pay us and keep the 1st shoe/boot) and takes 2 - 11 days.*
2. Conventional Exchange:
• You will be responsible for shipping the shoe back
• We ship the right size shoes to you after we receive your shoes
• Process cost about $10.00 - $15.00 (return shipping cost) and takes 14 - 21 days to ship back and forth.

*$19.99/$24.99 if for US only. Canada is $34.99/$39.99. All other countries are $49.99/$54.99.
