The measurements are in the item description and sizing chart. Our shoes generally run true to size, and our boots generally run slightly on the large side (select the smaller if you are in between sizes).

Our model uses the actual accessories, shoes, dress during our photo shoot. So the item is, for the most part, a very accurate depiction of the actual product. However, various factors such as lighting and monitor setting can cause the colors of the picture to be slightly different than the actual product.

We always prepare your package for carrier pickup within 1 business day! =) Unfortunately, the speed of delivery depends on external factors out of our control. The distance you live from our warehouse in California plays a large role in transit times, as well as the fact that USPS and UPS do not work during weekends. =(
